Token Creation Fees

Launching a token on the KITA Terminal costs between $100 and $200 payable in $KITA (Only for token created on WETH pair). This one-time fee covers:

• Smart contract creation
• BaseScan contract validation
• Pool creation
• Liquidity pool deployment
• Lock Liquidity through KITA liquidity locker
• Platform integration
• NFT of the launched token

Fees are paid during launch and tracked on-chain for transparency.

Swap Fees (Uniswap v2/3)

All tokens launched via the KITA Terminal are paired with $KITA using a 0.3% Uniswap v2/3 fee tier. This:

• Applies to every buy/sell swap on the DEX
• Is collected by liquidity providers (not KITA)
• Encourages deep liquidity and long-term rewards

• Launch fee structure based on market cap (Only for token created on WETH pair): $100 for MC $1,000–$10,000; $150 for MC $10,001–$50,000; $200 for MC above $50,001.
• Gas fees for deployment and transactions are paid using the creator's connected wallet.
• KITA Next Terminal does not custody or retain any creator assets — 0% tokens, 0% fees. All assets remain in the connected wallet.

Token Price & Market Cap Calculation

• Token Price: Market Cap / Total Supply
• Total Investment Needed (for full liquidity): Market Cap × Liquidity Allocation %
• Example: If market cap is $10,000 and supply is 1,000,000,000 tokens, then price per token = $0.00001.
• If 100% of the market cap is allocated to liquidity, then required liquidity = $10,000.
• (market cap / ((token supply)*(supply pool/100))) = token price

KITA Liquidity Lock (Detailed)

• During token deployment, users specify their market cap and initial liquidity allocation.
• The smart contract automatically pairs $KITA with the new token and creates the liquidity pool.
• Immediately after creation, 100% of the LP tokens are locked in a time-locked smart contract.
• Users cannot access or remove liquidity manually during the lock period.
• Default lock period: 1 month (more options coming).
